Designing your fireplace mantle for the fall season makes snuggling up by your fireplace that much more delightful. And, as the chill air returns and the days grow, shorter, we turn to decorate our fireplace surround and all. There are so many different ways to turn your fireplace mantle into a work of art.   Fall designing is my favorite time of the season. The first thing I tackle is my fireplace mantle, now is the time to layer up your fireplace mantles with beautiful fall displays. Change out your accessories, instead of summer colors, bring in those nature inspired fall colors to create warmth. For a softer fall look, design your fireplace mantle with some burnished copper and dry hydrangeas. When you decorate your fireplace mantle for fall make sure to add a few wheat sheaves and a fall inspired painting.   Be sure to bring in a few plaid blankets in a wicker basket for those chilly fall days and to bring a stylish look that says fall decorating is here. Add some pumpkins and mums in beautiful antique urns and containers around your fireplace mantle for visual impact. After fall is over, I add a live fir tree with lights to the urns add a tree skirt around the base, and your fireplace mantle is ready to celebrate the Christmas season. Whether you’re looking to decorate your fireplace to the max, or just wanting to bring a touch of fall to your home. We would enjoy assisting you in remodeling or just designing your fireplace mantle.

From using textural wallcovering to adding colors that will help you in creating your focal wall. Your only limit to creating your new masterpiece is your imagination when it comes to designing your spaces. Whether you are considering using a bold color or adding stripes. Stripes are the perfect way to add a “designer” look while bringing a graphical punch to the walls of your home. Best of all stripes, blend with other patterns in your space. Moreover, you can add them to every area of your home to bring an elegant and modern feel to your walls.

We are located out in a charming country community. And both of us love summertime entertaining and the chance to sit out on our patio during the evening time with those closes to us was what pushed us to move out to the peaceful countryside.

Bathroom Design Elements

We recently completed a bathroom remodel in a small guest bath that lacked a linen closet. And we needed to come up with some clever storage solutions for our clients and their guest’s toiletry needs. Taking cues from the rooms color palette, we begin to layer in storage elements. We added several baskets for displaying toiletries and extra hand towels within easy reach of family and guest. The ceiling height allowed for two nice sized floating shelves installed directly above the new stool where we added a few items that are functional and added textural elements to compliment the rooms color palette and a resting place for guest’s hair products.
